In 2022, it will finally start again: Paperworld will take place in Frankfurt am Main from 29. January to 1. February as a business platform with personal encounters and varied product experiences. For the perfect start to the new business year, the paper, office supplies and stationery trade fair has put together packages with extra services for (new) exhibitors. Whether for start-ups or manufacturers who want to reach new target groups - Paperworld offers a wide range of opportunities for participation.

The Paperworld team has developed different concepts and packages for exhibitors. "The Corona pandemic and the associated economic cuts present the industry with the challenge of conserving resources on the one hand and planning for the future on the other. We would like to provide support in this respect and offer various packages for exhibitors that are cost-effective, implement the hygiene regulations in force and, at the same time, bring together new target groups and business partners", says Bettina Bär, Director Paperworld, Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

The stand packages for exhibitors are aimed at different target groups: They are offers for new manufacturers and suppliers who have not yet been to Paperworld but definitely have their place in the office environment. For example, this applies to suppliers of products on the subject of occupational safety, hygiene and New Work. Messe Frankfurt also wants to promote start-ups and enable them to enter the market easily at Paperworld. In addition, the offers are of course also aimed at manufacturers returning to Paperworld or who have been exhibitors for many years. Here, the focus is on an easy and safe re-entry into the trade fair business in times of Corona.

The All-inclusive Package includes a 12 or 18 square metre stand with complete equipment, including the media package. "This all-inclusive package is ideal, as we take care of the stand construction and equipment. The manufacturer will find a fully equipped stand where he can decorate his products attractively. The preparation for the trade fair appearance is therefore uncomplicated, the effort is low and the costs are calculable", says Bettina Bär. In addition, the complete package price is refunded if Paperworld 2022 cannot take place in Frankfurt.

The Paperworld Office Village was offered for the first time at Paperworld 2020 and was very well received by both participating exhibitors and visitors. For this reason, this area is to be held again in the Office section of Hall 3.0 at the next Paperworld. A number of well-known exhibitors have already registered for this, including Durable, Edding, Gutenberg, Han Bürogeräte, Jakob Maul, Legamaster, Novus Dahle, Pelikan, Schneider Schreibgeräte, Sigel and Schmidt Technology. In this specially designed area, companies can rent a 30, 60 or 90 square metre stand: fully equipped, easily customisable and at a fixed price. This guarantees a professional appearance with little planning effort. The area with the exhibition stands also has an information point, lounges, meeting rooms and a catering area - ideal for holding business talks and making new customer contacts.

In 2022, the Stationery section of Paperworld in Hall 3.1 will also have a Village for the first time. This concept is similar to the Office Village and will have a uniform design. The "Future Office" in Hall 3.0 is now called "Future of Work" and presents sustainable office, new work and home office solutions. With specialist lectures, theme shows and exhibitor presentations, it will give dealers, architects and facility managers an interesting overview of the possibilities for furnishing offices sustainably by means of a specially constructed office landscape. "In this area, we offer manufacturers a presentation stand for their office solutions: with uniform stands designed to match the overall concept," says Bettina Bär.
