Giulio Barbieri Srl, an Italian leader producing outdoor structures, like pergolas, gazebos for events, PVC tent structures, retractable PVC tunnels for temporary covering of spaces, chose our new TITAN motorized roll slitter to cut jumbo rolls of PVC banner.

Founded in 1989 by Giulio Barbieri, the company initially specialized in manufacturing event gazebos and quickly grew thanks to important collaborations with the Sydney Opera House, Moto GP, Formula One, and the Olympics. Today, Giulio Barbieri Srl provides many products, including retractable tunnels in PVC used in the Champions League and FIFA World Cup, outdoor shading structures, and photovoltaic carports.

This year, the company invested in Flexa’s TITAN motorized slitter. The machine can reduce the width of large-format rolls up to Ø 520 mm (with a 6” core) and Ø 450 mm (with a 3” core), handling a maximum weight of 600 kg. The motorized toothed blade ensures high performance and precise cutting.
